Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Process Lead – MDM to join our Bangalore-based Master Data Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance, SAP Security, and Finance system access controls, with a proven track record in driving governance, process optimization, and master data best practices. This role will lead process design, ensure data integrity, and work cross-functionally to maintain robust and compliant master data operations across the enterprise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance, SAP Security, and Finance system access controls.
• Strong knowledge of Finance master data structures and governance best practices.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, SoD frameworks, and role-based authorization models.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and process optimization skills.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
