As a Process Improvement Specialist (m/f/d), you will become a key driver of efficiency within the Business Process Excellence team at SIXT. You will take ownership of complex processes, using your analytical mindset and hands-on approach to challenge the status quo and shape the future of our global business processes. In this role, you will combine data-driven insights with strong communication skills to deliver high-impact results across the entire organization. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
• You are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing core business processes to increase efficiency across the organization 
• You create process documentation (BPM2.0) and visual maps to ensure transparency and standardization 
• You will collaborate with process owners and process experts on assigned end-to-end processes, develop process improvement roadmaps, and implement them together 
• You help define and derive meaningful KPIs to monitor process performance and drive data-driven decision-making  
• You manage diverse stakeholders by communicating complex process changes clearly and ensuring alignment across different departments 
• You lead global project workstreams using BPM, Six Sigma, or agile methodologies to deliver measurable improvements 
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
• Background You have 3-5 years of professional experience in process optimization, process mining or similar roles, and hold a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's or higher) 
• Methodological expertise You possess knowledge of BPM, Six Sigma or agile frameworks and feel comfortable applying these in a fast-paced environment 
• Analytical skills You have a background in data and process analysis with process mining, allowing you to transform raw information into actionable insights 
• Stakeholder management You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures across different departments 
• Technical skills You are proficient in workshop facilitation and process mapping. Experience with requirements management is beneficial 
• Language skills You have excellent English skills, German skills are a plus
