Full transparency: we work a little differently around here.
This isn’t a place where you show up, punch a clock, and coast.
We show up because we want our work to mean something. Too many people go through the motions at jobs that don’t challenge them, grow them, or give them a sense of purpose. That’s not us.
At Protocase, your ideas matter—because they shape our future. We thrive on collaboration and common-sense problem solving. If you want to be part of a team where your work has impact, where people genuinely care, and where innovation is the norm, we should talk.

About the Opportunity
We want someone who:
Isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
Knows that great outcomes start with great processes
Understands the challenge of High Velocity Mass Customization (HVMC) https://www.protocase.com/about/hvmc/
Can zoom out to see the whole system—and then zoom in to fix what’s broken
Believes in clear procedures, trained leaders, and accountability
Can influence change from both the top down and the bottom up
You’ll work closely with production management, R&D, engineering—whoever you need to make improvements stick. Your success will be measured in the development of strong processes, identifying opportunities to streamline for greater efficiency, reduced NCR’s, and making an impact felt across the entire organization.
If you’re someone who can cut through noise, get to the true root cause, and build processes that make it easy to do things right, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and execution of our process improvement strategy
Analyze feedback, workflows, and production trends to identify root causes—not symptoms
Build, refine, and document processes that eliminate recurring issues
Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that actually work on the floor
Prioritize high-impact changes instead of getting lost in low-value details
Maintain and strengthen ISO 9001, AS9100D, and other compliance requirements
Help drive a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement
About You
You are driven, practical, and systems-minded
You understand process work at a fundamental level, and you like to make things simple, repeatable, and difficult to get wrong
You can see the big picture but know when to dive into the details to get clarity
You value structure, clear communication, and doing things properly.
You’ll succeed here if you:
Have a degree/diploma in engineering, process improvement, quality, or related experience
Bring 5+ years of experience in quality, process improvement, operations, or similar leadership roles
Naturally understand process and can break work into simple, logical, repeatable steps
Think in systems and can see how processes connect and impact each other
Have strong analytical skills—you know what actually matters and what doesn’t
Communicate clearly and lead change with influence, not force
Are familiar with ISO 9001, AS9100D, and lean/Six Sigma (an asset)
Are results-driven and comfortable with accountability
Why Us?
We recognize and reward people who work hard, take ownership, and drive improvement.
Our starting annual total compensation package—including base salary and performance incentives—ranges from $158,300 to $204,750 depending on experience.
