This isn’t a place where you show up, punch a clock, and coast.
We show up because we want our work to mean something.
Too many people go through the motions at jobs that don’t challenge them, grow them, or give them a sense of purpose. That’s not us.
At Protocase, your ideas matter—because they shape our future. We thrive on collaboration and practical problem-solving. If you want to be part of a team where your work has real impact, where people genuinely care, and where innovation is the norm—we should talk.

About the Opportunity

Believes in clear procedures, trained leaders, and accountability
Can influence change from both the top down and the bottom up

Lead the development and execution of process improvement strategies
Analyze workflows, production trends, and feedback to identify root causes
Build, refine, and document scalable processes
Partner cross-functionally to implement solutions that actually work on the floor
Focus on high-impact improvements—not low-value busywork

Help drive a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement
About You
You are:
Practical, driven, and systems-minded
Someone who simplifies complexity into repeatable processes
Comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution

Have a degree or diploma in engineering, quality, process improvement, or related field
Bring 5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality, operations, or similar leadership roles
Naturally think in systems and understand how processes connect
Have strong analytical skills and know what truly matters
