The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing customized solutions, benchmarking industry standards, and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality results.

Job Description

We provide Recruitment and Staffing services to many industries and domain through our innovative and customized solutions and passionate commitment to research. Ability to understand the hiring strategies, availability of talent and compensation benchmarking makes us proud hiring partner for various industries. We are highly trained business professionals with strong understanding of clients need. We work closely with the leading staffing trade associations, training, and research organizations to ensure we are knowledgeable of the latest industry trends and technologies

Experience

Process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement

Evaluating current state processes and optimizing processes

Specifying software system requirements to design improved solutions

Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Proven track record of leading process transformation initiatives in large organizations

Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio etc.)

Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with operational metrics, workflow optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration

Experience in regulated or government environments

Familiarity with process automation or low-code tools

Lean certification.
