What you'll do::
• You will map current offline operational workflows and identify solutions to resolve bottlenecks.

• You will develop clear documentation process maps for Offline post-sale processes.

• You will build reports that visualize trends, root causes, and performance against SLAs using datasets from our CRM platform.

• You will support stakeholders across the Offline sales channel with operational queries.


Who we're looking for::
• Must-Haves

• You have currently studying Business, Operations, Data/Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• You have proficiency with Excel.

• You have basic CRM literacy.

• You have strong analytical thinking: can frame problems, form hypotheses, and validate with data.

• You have clear communication: charts, concise write-ups, and stakeholder-friendly presentations.

• You have the drive and ambition to learn. Even if you do not have all the skillsets listed above, you are a self-starter.

• Nice-to-Haves:

• You have experience with Sprinklr (reports, dashboards, SOQL/Power Query).

• You are familiar with process mapping (swimlanes).

• You have an understanding of CX metrics (CSAT, NPS, CES) and service operations metrics (AHT, FCR, backlog, SLA adherence).
