Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. This is an ideal role for a junior professional looking to build a career in operational excellence and business transformation. You will support the team in identifying operational gaps, diagnosing root causes, and helping design the future of our workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is crucial to driving and delivering these solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing and monitoring these solutions while ensuring the maintenance of operational metrics through the establishment of monitoring dashboards and regular cadence.

• Assist in monitoring operational KPIs to identify trends and areas where efficiency can be improved.
• Diagnose root causes of gaps, focusing on both process design and tools
• Help design and propose comprehensive solutions, incorporating new tools, features, standard operating procedures (SOP), automation, and manpower training as necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, including Data, Product, Engineering, and Compliance, drive and deliver effective solutions.
• Implement solutions and closely monitor metrics to ensure sustained improvements.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and a regular cadence to proactively maintain and optimize operational metrics.
• Proactively collecting improvement ideas from other operational departments


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, IT, or Mathematics.
• We are looking for early professionals with 1-2 years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, tech startups, banking, or project management.
• A strong desire to explore and master new skills (e.g.,Data Analysis, AI Prompting, Salesforce, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, basic logic formulas) is required. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau is a significant plus.
• Ability to gather, organize, and interpret data. Comfortable in turning data into a summary that highlights operational problems.
• High attention to detail with ability to follow SOP accurately to support daily operational tasks.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa
