We're looking for a highly capable Process Excellence Owner to take full accountability for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of one or more critical end-to-end enterprise processes.

You will hold the keys to our most critical end-to-end enterprise workflows. This is a high-impact role where you don't just follow a map you draw it. You will take accountability for the health, agility, and strategic direction of our core processes, ensuring they are not only compliant but are competitive advantages for the Group

You are a seasoned professional who understands that process is the heartbeat of a business. You have a proven track record of managing massive, multi-layered stakeholder environments and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo to ensure superior performance.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Define the process vision, mission, objectives, goals, and associated KPIs and controls in alignment with the enterprise framework.
• Hold direct accountability for the assigned end-to-end process, working with the relevant Business Owners, Data Owners, and Systems/Product Owners.
• Lead and sponsor process improvement initiatives, including automation, simplification, and standardisation, to deliver efficiency and value.
• Facilitate governance forums, monitor performance and compliance, and provide governance oversight for process changes driven by transformation initiatives.
• Play a key role in rolling out and championing process governance and supporting frameworks across the groups and with your business partners 
• Partner with business units and IT to drive alignment, accountability, and ownership of process activities, acting as the key escalation point for process-related issues, risks, or conflicts.
• Oversee accurate and consistent process documentation within SAP Signavio (or similar platforms), ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.

Now let’s talk about you: 

You are a master of stakeholder diplomacy who can navigate complex matrixed environments, manage external service partners, and implement rigorous compliance controls that align with global regulatory standards.

• A proven track record (typically 7-10+ years) of leading and transforming complex, global enterprise processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, or Record-to-Report).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in business process management and transformation having completed similar roles as a process or global process owner 
• The ability to navigate and influence a matrixed organization. You are comfortable acting as the single point of accountability and can manage expectations between internal business units and external service providers.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent process improvement methodology.
• Proven expertise in SAP Signavio or similar process management platforms.
• Demonstrated capability with industry-standard process modelling frameworks (BPMN 2.0, BPML, EPC, APQC PCF, etc.).
• Experience working effectively within an outsourced service model environment.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, and Hospitality industries (desirable)
• Experience in large-scale corporate environments, particularly with IT-enabled transformations (desirable)
• Exposure to formal governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks (desirable)
