About the job 

As a Process Engineering Intern at Sanofi, you will support both daily operations and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives within the pre-filled syringe manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the production of monoclonal antibody (mAb) commercial products, contributing to the technology transfer of new products, and supporting the introduction of capacity enablers. You will work as part of a highly focused and collaborative Engineering Team in a sterile manufacturing environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Support continuous improvement projects in formulation, filling, thawing, and autoclave areas.

• Assist with single-use technology selection and component qualification.

• Contribute to daily operations of the pre-filled syringe manufacturing area.

• Participate in investigations and corrective actions to reduce rejections.

• Liaise with vendors and external labs during investigations.

• Help prepare trend reports with cross-functional teams.

• Support process engineering tasks (cycle development, deviations, change controls).

• Provide assistance on aseptic syringe filling line equipment.

• Contribute to performance metrics delivery (SQDCI).

About you

• To be currently pursuing a degree in an Engineering discipline or a related field
