Als Process Engineer (gn) bist du für das Analysieren und Optimieren bestehender Maschinen- sowie Produktionsprozesse verantwortlich. Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich Produktionsabläufe und Produktionsprozesse mit und hast Lust die Marken ESN & More Nutrition voranzutreiben? Dann melde dich bei uns und werde Teil des Teams. 

Your mission

• You analyze and optimize existing machinery and production processes and implement new TPM standards directly within the operational environment

• You develop safety concepts based on risk analyses and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations

• You initiate continuous improvement processes (CIP), conduct Kaizen and root cause analyses, and monitor machine performance through data analysis

• You design new production workflows for product launches, select appropriate equipment, and manage technical projects independently

• You train operators and machine workers on TPM standards and collaborate with the production team to develop concepts for autonomous maintenance

• You serve as a key interface between Production, Engineering, and QA, and conduct internal technical audits to optimize processes

Your experience & skills

• You hold a degree in a technical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology) or possess a comparable qualification

• You bring a strong passion for process improvement and have experience in analyzing complex workflows to optimize resources

• You have sound knowledge of common methodologies such as Lean Management, TPM, or Kaizen, and enjoy implementing them in a dynamic environment

• You are characterized by a persistent, solution-oriented mindset and proactively challenge existing approaches to drive production performance

• You are a team player who values close collaboration with various departments, from Quality Assurance to machine operators

• You are a confident communicator at all levels and possess fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
