• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing toy production.
• Improve automation, productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and maintain process documentation.
• Design tooling and machinery related to manufacturing processes.

• Minimum Diploma degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in:• Production process improvement
• Robotics and automation
• Injection molding or die-casting

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design, electrical concepts, and pneumatics.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
