Job Description
Hej Process Development Leader! Ready to help shape the future with smart, innovative solutions?
At IKEA, you can feel at home while making a difference for millions. We’re a place where everyone is welcome, encouraged to explore new tech, try new things and grow from mistakes.
As Process Development Leader, you'll have the chance to expand your skills, drive innovation, and help improve our methods.
We are on a journey to transform the Technology and Platform organization to build a modern and scalable technology foundation for Inter IKEA. To make this shift possible, we need an organization that is fully aligned with our Operating Model: one that works with a strong product- and platform- setup and mindset and is ready to take full accountability from strategy to delivery.
About the role
We’re looking for a Process Development Leader who wants to solve meaningful, real-world challenges that help make life at home better for the many. Join us as we strengthen and evolve our core technology platforms and digital services to enable efficient, reliable, and scalable delivery and operations across IKEA.
As a Process Development Leader, you’ll lead the development and implementation of our cross-functional processes covering strategy-to-operate for the Technology and Platform capability area.
You work closely with platform managers, IT- operations and security to ensure clear ownership and accountability for our operational model and liaise with colleagues across our integrated value chain to drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, applying best practices, standardizing and pursuing continuous improvements.
You’ll act as a change leader supporting adoption, capability building and behavioral change across our teams. Sometimes that means leading cross-functional initiatives and projects. Alternatively, you could be helping teams develop and analyze relevant metrics and measurements to identify cost savings and remove waste.
It’s all about building a more aligned, more efficient and more future ready IKEA.

About you
You’re passionate about making things better. You’re curious, collaborative and energized by both the big picture and the practical steps needed to get us there. You love working with others, challenging old habits and exploring new and smarter ways of doing things. And when things get complex, you’re the one who brings clarity, structure and calm
You understand business models, are comfortable in stakeholder management and appreciate IT and business financials. Anchored in personal operational experience you are comfortable delivering tangible business value/impact
You’re motivated by our IKEA vision and values, and you believe strongly that we create the best solutions together.
If you get energy from change, collaboration and helping people succeed, this could absolutely be the role for you.
To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills and experiences would be valuable
