• Contribute to Bosch’s worldwide industrialization programs by providing and implementing capable manufacturing processes
• Manufacturing process design for our CC products WSS, ESP, IPB, … and be active member in SE teams
• Tight cooperation with special machinery, manufacturing, product engineering and our leadplants (BhP, Szh2) and COCs
• Work closely with TEF1,TEF4, COS, ENG and MOE to ensure technical, quality and cost targets
• Contribute to equipment standardization, localization and cost optimization activities
• Systematic Problem solving for manufacturing, testing processes and quality issues

• Bachelor’s degree or above in automation mechanical engineering or physical related fields
• Experience in process development/improvement for High Tech Automotive Manufacturing Environment with pressing, staking, laser, screwing and vision

• Very good English and/or German language skills
• Experienced in simultaneous engineering projects and intercultural competence
• Assertiveness, high initiative and independent work, willingness to take responsibility, target orientation
• Theory in Dynamic Flow ,Material ,FEA simulation….are highly welcomed
• High interests for digitalization and Industry 4.0 topics
