About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems (SAP & non-SAP), and finance, works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for backlog, and connects operational needs, system capabilities, and financial impact to support accurate decision-making.
Your Main Responsibilities:
• Connect operational, system, and financial flows, and work with stakeholders to ensure that items entering the backlog are well-defined, prioritized, and properly scoped
• Collaborate with business teams to challenge, clarify, and refine requirements before backlog intake
• Actively contribute to backlog processes by ensuring prioritization, scope clarity, and readiness
• Evaluate processes from an operational, system, and financial perspective to support impact analysis
• Understand and analyze financial flows related to business processes
• Work closely with ERP analysts and development teams to ensure smooth and accurate process execution
• Facilitate alignment and communication across cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and issues early, contributing to prioritization and resolution processes
• Take an active role in UAT and testing phases, ensuring solution accuracy and quality
• Analyze existing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support process and system design efforts, helping build scalable and sustainable solutions
• Contribute to decision-making processes by evaluating alternatives and providing structured input
• Participate in projects with a strong process perspective, improving overall delivery quality
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA and cloud transformation initiatives from a process standpoint
Qualities We're Looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience working within finance/operational processes and understanding fundamental financial flows is a must. Hands-on experience or understanding of SAP (SD, MM, FI, or CO) modules will be considered a strong nice-to-have.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience working within finance processes, with a solid understanding of fundamental financial flows
• Ability to connect operations, systems, and financial impact, with hands-on experience in cross-functional projects
• Hands-on experience in SAP (SD, MM, FI, or CO) with active involvement in at least one core module
• Strong analytical thinking and questioning mindset, with the ability to challenge requirements and drive clarity
• Ability to prioritize effectively and evaluate tasks based on business impact
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with backlog management and agile ways of working
• Experience working with data and a data-driven mindset in decision making
• Exposure to UAT processes, with a good understanding of testing principles
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong team collaboration skills with a proactive and ownership-driven approach
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
