As a Process Automation Expert you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of business processes Main tasks: Define and manage the automation pipeline by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities across finance and business processes. Translate business needs into automation designs and deliver solutions using tools such asUiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate. Ensure secure, scalable implementations in collaboration with IT, data, and security teams. Use process mining and analytics (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) to uncover inefficiencies and enable ERP integration. Oversee automation governance, testing (UAT/SIT), and change support including training and documentation for end users.
English language at min. B2 level Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, or Business 4–6+ years of experience in process automation, RPA development, or digital transformation Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and workflow engines Experience in RPA design, configuration, and deployment Knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and ERP integration (SAP, Oracle) Hands-on skills in workflow automation or low-code platforms Familiarity with documentation standards (PDD, SDD, SOPs) and automation governance Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and change agility Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills Proactive mindset, ownership, and business/user-oriented approach Nice to have: Experience in finance or business process environments Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
