Central point of contact for all IT related inquiries
Interface between business units and IT
Technical onboarding of new clients and support throughout the related processes
Processing of factoring customer data
Execution of recurring processes with a technical focus
Steering the further development of IT applications
Managing and supporting process changes and technical initiatives through to implementation
Continuous analysis and optimization of existing processes
Strong IT affinity, pronounced analytical thinking, and solid understanding of technical workflows
Good knowledge of factoring workflows and related data structures 
Knowledge of VBA, SQL, and ITIL is an advantage
Experience in project work as well as in process and project management
Experience in guiding and supporting business units through process changes is a plus
Strong social skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and high customer orientation
Structured and independent working style
Business‑fluent German and good English skills are a must
