PRN / Per-Diem Pharmacist (2–3 shifts per week)

Type: PRN / Per-Diem (part-time, as-needed) — immediate start
Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week; shifts are Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (on-site)
Location: Lawrenceville / Sugarloaf Mills area (on-site)
Compensation: Competitive per-diem hourly rate — commensurate with experience

Core responsibilities

• Cover scheduled dispensing shifts (2–3 per week) in our high-volume mail-order pharmacy alongside pharmacists and technicians.

• Accurately prepare, dispense, and verify prescriptions and perform pharmacist-level checks.

• Provide clinical counseling and document interventions in the patient record as needed.

• Coordinate with Patient Navigation and fulfillment teams to support timely shipments and excellent patient experience.

• Use pharmacy management/dispensing software to process orders, print labels, and confirm accuracy.

• Follow state and federal pharmacy regulations and Good Pill SOPs while supporting on-site operations.

Minimum qualifications (must-have)

• Active pharmacist license to practice in Georgia.

• Minimum 2 years of full-time retail pharmacist experience; high-volume retail experience preferred.

• Demonstrated accuracy and strong attention to detail in dispensing workflows.

• Ability to reliably work scheduled weekday shifts (Mon–Fri, 9:30–6) and be available for the immediate holiday period if needed.

Nice-to-haves / plusses

• Familiarity with Guardian and/or CarePointRx (or similar pharmacy/dispensing systems).

• Prior experience in mail-order, high-throughput, or fulfillment pharmacy operations.
