This PRN Nurse is a growth role to serve patients in the Wayne County/Wooster area. Nurse candidates living in/around this area are encouraged to apply.

What are the job responsibilities?

The PRN Nurse will provide comprehensive care coordination and support to hospice patients and their families. This RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, coordinating care services, and providing emotional support throughout the end-of-life journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Clinical Assessment and Care Planning

• Symptom Management and Pain Control

• Emotional Support and Counseling

• Care Coordination and Collaboration

• Documentation and Compliance

What do you need?

• RN licensure for the state of Ohio

• Clean driving record, and valid driver’s license and auto insurance
