Job Description

Gallagher Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, private duty care for a veteran in their home in the Washington, PA area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a respected home care provider while making a meaningful difference in a veteran's life.

Schedule:

2-4 Saturdays a month: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled, personalized nursing care

Administer medications and monitor vital signs

Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily routines

Maintain clear communication with the family and care team

Ensure a safe, supportive environment aligned with the veteran’s needs

Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license in PA

Home health or private duty experience preferred

Current CPR certification

Professional, dependable, and compassionate

Veteran-focused and respectful care approach
