Key Responsibilities
• Lead tax engagements for high-net-worth clients, balancing urgency with accuracy.
• Develop proactive tax strategies and recommendations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on complex tax matters.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, supporting professional growth and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with senior management to resolve complex tax issues creatively and efficiently.
• Leverage technology to streamline internal and client-facing processes, improving workflow and service delivery.
• Participate in planning, review, and execution of Individual, Trust, Estate, and Gift tax returns.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA certification with active license.
• 7+ years of tax experience in public accounting; 1+ year in a senior managerial role preferred.
• Expertise in Individual, Gift, Estate, and Trust income tax compliance and advisory.
• Proven experience providing tax planning and solutions to high-net-worth clients.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
