Job Overview:
As a Private Client Sales Advisor at Toyota Insurance, your primary focus is on developing referral networks, managing high-value client relationships, and driving new business growth. You work closely with high-net-worth clients to assess their insurance needs and deliver customized solutions across auto, home, and specialty lines, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Private Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, and Senior Manager, and deliver confidential, high-quality proposals and quotes that demonstrate Toyota Insurance’s commitment to integrity and exceptional client service. Your role is key in expanding the client base through trusted partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor by delivering exceptional, and personalized service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice and guidance on carrier partners’ products, leveraging deep industry knowledge to help clients make informed decisions, solve complex insurance challenges, and navigate risk management effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients through regular communication, personalized service, and timely responses to inquiries, reflecting Toyota Insurance’s dedication to customer care.
• Demonstrate a strong foundation in sales with the ability to manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, as well as the carrier’s account managers and underwriting team.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and analyze quotes to secure the most comprehensive coverage options for clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals and quotations to clients.
• Identify each client’s unique insurance needs and financial goals by conducting thorough assessments and data analysis, then recommend tailored solutions across carriers offering.
• Establish and nurture referral networks and strategic partnerships to drive new business growth, expanding Toyota Insurance’s reach within the high-net-worth market.
• Stay informed on the latest insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and Toyota Insurance product developments by engaging in continuous professional education and industry events to maintain expertise and provide cutting-edge advice.
Required Education and Experience:
• Must have a valid state Property & Casualty insurance
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience.
• Experience with premier carriers, such as Chubb, PURE, Berkley.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates preferred.
• College degree is preferred but not mandatory; strong work experience is highly valued.
• Professional designations a plus, e.g., CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably with private clients or high-net-worth individuals.
• Bring a proactive and performance-driven mindset, while contributing fresh perspectives to the team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce and Nexsure, with strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

Training and Work Model:
Training Duration: Mandatory in-office training for a period of 90 days to ensure comprehensive onboarding and skill development. Training will be conducted at our Plano office premises, providing hands-on experience and direct interaction with trainers and team members.
