Private Chef - UHNWF

Apt Resources is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Private Cook/Housekeeper to work with an Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNWF) in Abu Dhabi. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels in both culinary arts and housekeeping, ensuring the household operates smoothly while delivering exquisite meal experiences tailored to the family's preferences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for the family, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, utilizing fresh and seasonal ingredients.
• Create customized menus that meet dietary restrictions and family preferences, including healthy and gourmet meal options.
• Manage kitchen operations, including grocery shopping, inventory management, and cleaning to maintain a hygienic cooking environment.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all areas of the residence.
• Assist with laundry and wardrobe management, ensuring garments are laundered and stored properly.
• Collaborate with other household staff to provide a seamless living experience and cater for special events as required.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service while respecting the privacy and preferences of the family.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a private cook or in a similar role, preferably within a UHNWF household.
• Strong culinary skills with expertise in various cuisines and meal planning.
• Experience in housekeeping and with high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is a significant advantage.
