Print Project Manager

 

The Print Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned client projects through the production process accurately and on deadline. This position is client-facing and works closely with both the sales and production teams. A successful print project manager enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, deadline-oriented and demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Maintaining and monitoring production orders, schedules, and deliverables.

Liaison between client, sales, and production to ensure all required project details are communicated and documented to ensure success.

Identify, resolve, and communicate order, product and delivery issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Escalate issues in a timely and professional manner to keep projects on track.

Monitor project health and submit timely project status reports as required.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver impeccable customer service.

Ensure client quality and delivery expectations are met.

Provide sales and client support as needed for the Vice President of Strategic & National Accounts in Dallas.

 

Job Requirements:

 

1 year of project management experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills required

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Print experience desired, but open to other project management backgrounds

Basic working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite desired

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

Experience with project management software desired
