Job Description

RemoteVA PH is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Print Production Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing print orders for our online printing services. This position is ideal for individuals with 3-4 years of experience in the print industry, particularly in short-run printing.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage print orders for online printing services.

Coordinate with clients to ensure their print requirements are met.

Oversee the production process, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Utilize tools such as Excel and QuickBooks for order processing and financial tracking.

Work with various art programs to prepare and adjust print files as needed.

Maintain and organize data related to print orders and customer information.

Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the print industry, particularly short-run printing.

Proficiency in using software tools such as Excel and QuickBooks.

Familiarity with various art programs for print file preparation.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
