We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping end-to-end architecture, driving innovation, and enabling scalable, production-grade AI platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leaders to translate complex requirements into robust, secure, and high-performing solutions. The role demands a deep understanding of modern AI ecosystems along with strong architectural and strategic thinking capabilities.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for AI-driven products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Design and implement advanced Generative AI solutions using LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model orchestration.
• Architect and deploy RAG-based systems integrating vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI frameworks, tools, and platforms aligned with business and technical goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Establish best practices for AI architecture, including security, governance, and responsible AI usage.
• Guide engineering teams in building scalable APIs, microservices, and backend systems to support AI workloads.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency in production environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to development teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to present architectural decisions, solution roadmaps, and business value.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or related roles, with strong exposure to AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and model deployment.
• Strong expertise in building and scaling RAG architectures using vector databases and retrieval pipelines.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying distributed, scalable systems.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization, security, and governance in AI systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
