Principal/Senior Product Manager - Reconciliation (Asset & Fund)

About the Opportunity

The Asset Team strives to deliver a top-tier asset management experience to users in OKX. With a focus on user satisfaction, the team is responsible for key functionalities of crypto funding movement, portfolio management & asset transparency. By continuously refining and enhancing these core aspects, the Asset Team aims to provide customers with an exceptional user experience, empowering them to effectively manage their crypto assets with ease and confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

•
Design and optimize the platform-wide real-time reconciliation system covering both digital assets and fiat currencies. Ensure data consistency and integrity across all accounts, proactively identify discrepancies, and drive resolution to safeguard fund security.

Lead product planning for asset monitoring and alerting frameworks, defining key metrics to measure reconciliation accuracy. Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure long-term system stability, while overseeing anomaly detection, threshold configuration, and alert logic to mitigate potential risks.

Collaborate closely with Finance teams to design assets-related reporting products (including but not limited to reconciliation, withdrawal fees, and gas expenses). Ensure data outputs fully satisfy both internal management needs and external audit requirements.

Independently conduct the end-to-end product design and iteration of Asset rebalancing infrastructure modules, including but not limited to automated fund flow logic for both onchain and ledger side, and define the key metrics to measure fund efficiency and security. Ensure the fund movement is efficient and accurately recorded and traceable.

Partner deeply with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product requirement documents, drive on-time project delivery, and continuously monitor post-launch performance and operational health.

What We Look For In You

•
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, computer science, fintech).

•
Solid working experience or deep understanding of clearing and settlement, fund reconciliation, or accounting systems. Prior experience building reconciliation or ledger systems is strongly preferred.

•
Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc.

•
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and the mechanics of on-chain transactions.

•
Rigorous, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure. High sense of ownership and accountability.

•
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.

•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

•
Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaking will be mandatory.
