Job Description

We are hiring Architects with deep expertise in contact center platforms, voice/data integrations, and cloud-based architectures. The Architect will lead complex solution designs and interface with executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design for Cisco UCCE, Genesys, Salesforce, and cloud-based integrations.

Resolve highly complex voice, network, and data integration issues.

Conduct discovery, requirements gathering, and solution roadmapping.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.

Participate in pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation, and solution proposals.

Produce high-quality documentation (HLD/LLD, architecture diagrams, best practices).

Act as a trusted advisor for technical and strategic client discussions.

Requirements

Strong expertise in Cisco UCCE/UCM and enterprise contact center solutions.

Experience designing scalable, secure, cloud-based architectures.

Ability to mentor engineers and manage technical workstreams.

Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Language Requirement

English: B2 required
