About the Role
We are hiring a Principal Recruiter to own hiring outcomes for U.S.-based clients. This is a senior, client-facing role built for experienced recruiters who operate as strategic talent partners, not transactional recruiters.
In this role, you will work directly with founders and senior leaders to define hiring strategy, pressure-test assumptions, and guide decision-making throughout the hiring process. You will not be sourcing candidates or manually reviewing LinkedIn profiles. Instead, you will focus on talent acquisition strategy, calibration, and delivery quality, supported by a dedicated Sourcer, a Talent Operations team, and an AI-powered recruiting platform.
This is a delivery-first role. There is no business development, no sales quota, and no placement chasing. Your responsibility is to ensure clients hire the right people efficiently and with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in executive search, senior technical recruiting, or embedded/fractional roles
- Proven experience working directly with founders and senior leaders
- Comfortable advising, challenging assumptions, and influencing decisions
- Highly organized, thoughtful, and outcome-oriented
- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies strongly preferred
- Willing and able to work U.S. business hours
