Role Overview

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning and designing scalable programs to meet strategic business objectives. You will lead hands-on program operations, managing execution and coordination across various teams to ensure seamless delivery. This role involves deep data analysis—including reviewing seller profiles and onboarding metrics—to inform program design and drive continuous improvement. By combining strategic planning and data-driven insights, you will strengthen cross-functional alignment and accelerate performance for our tech retailer platform.

What You Will Do

• Plan, execute, and lead key programs within the Rocket Growth inventory and return areas.

• Work backwards from customer and seller needs to identify root causes and deliver impactful results.

• Define complex problems, analyze operational bottlenecks, and implement solutions to achieve business goals.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of major programs and drive continuous process enhancement.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and scale new programs.

• Establish and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve overall operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience, including 5+ years in project or program management

• Proven experience in leading complex projects from goal setting through to monitoring and completion

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau

• Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and communicate insights effectively to senior leadership

• Fluency in both English and Korean to collaborate with global leadership and local partners
