This is a demanding position that requires a deep understanding of complex defense programs and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Root Cause Analysis and Resolution: Partner closely with the Quality organization to provide critical technical insights for Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA). Your expertise will be essential in identifying the root causes of non-conformances and implementing effective, long-term solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert for a cross-functional team, including design, quality, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure cohesive and efficient problem-solving.
• Technical Authority: Manage required engineering analysis and provide authoritative technical inputs on all aspects of your assigned programs, ensuring adherence to systems engineering principles and industry standards.
