We're seeking an ambitious Principal Influencer Marketing Manager to drive creator partnerships. This is your chance to shape and execute the influencer strategy hands-on for a fast-growing AI project.

Work directly with the biggest names in content creation, including PewDiePie and MrBeast. Build relationships with top-tier global talent agencies that represent the most influential creators. Launch up to 5 creator integrations daily, giving you an unmatched experience and portfolio growth. Partner with iconic global brands like Marvel. Expand your professional network at exclusive international creator marketing events.

Main Responsibilities:
• Own and execute our global influencer marketing strategy across all major platforms.
• Identify, vet, and onboard creators that align with AI brand and audience.
• Negotiate partnership terms with a focus on ROI, scalability, and business impact.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for maximum engagement and conversion.
• Build long-term relationships with top creators and talent agencies.
• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Experiment with innovative approaches to showcase our AI product through creator partnerships.

Core Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working directly with creators and agencies.
• Analytical mindset to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance.
• Strategic thinker who can identify the right creators for our AI-focused audience.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Passion for emerging technology and the creator economy.
• Self-starter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Ranges:
• Gross salary range is 3200-4200 EUR.
