What You Will Be Doing

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and support, to facilitate seamless integration and deployment.

• Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize implementation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and provide training to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of implementation plans, processes, and outcomes.

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.

Your Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in implementation engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

• Skills: Strong project management, technical, and analytical skills, with a focus on implementation best practices.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
