쿠팡 리테일 패션조직은 다양한 카테고리의 이해와 경험을 바탕으로 로켓배송 상품의 셀렉션 buying, 신규브랜드 build-up, 카테고리/벤더 managing을 통하여 쿠팡 고객들의 니즈를 충족시키는 동시에 패션 트렌드를 지속적으로 제시해 나갑니다. 셀렉션 프로그램 매니저는 Fashion Selection Excellence팀의 PM으로써 목표시장, 고객니즈, 경쟁환경에 대한 이해를 기반으로 Selection의 성장을 위한 인사이트를 제공하고, 상품 경쟁력을 끊임없이 강화하기 위해서 우선순위 소싱 전략과 타겟 달성을 위한 성장 전략 수립을 리딩합니다. 무한한 성장 가능성을 갖고 있는 쿠팡의 패션 사업부에서 새로운 도전의 기회를 잡으시길 바랍니다.

업무 내용

• 패션 카테고리별 특성에 기반한 마켓 조사를 통한 셀렉션 전략 수립 및 효율성 개선

• 상품 셀렉션 갭 파악 및 확대 리드

• 셀렉션 성공 지표를 만들기 위한 온보딩 프로세스 및 카탈로그 개선

• 패션 팀 운영 지원 및 관린 - 이슈 해결 기반 단기, 중장기 프로세스 개선

자격 요건

• 학사학위 이상의 10년 이상의 비즈니스 전략, 기획수립 경험이 있으신 분

• 엑셀 등 데이터 처리 역량과 데이터 분석 능력을 보유하신 분

• 다양한 신규 프로젝트를 리드해 보신 분

• 문제 해결 능력 및 중/장기 관점에서의 개선 및 계획 수립 경험

우대 사항

• 마켓 리서치, 플래닝 경험이 있으신 분

• Power BI, Tableau를 통한 데이터 분석이 가능하신 분

• 패션 시장 현황 및 유통 전반에 대한 폭넓은 지식을 보유하신 분
