Working closely with our talented design team, you will lead the creation of engaging and immersive gameplay experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of game designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including art, engineering, and production to ensure the successful implementation of game features
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including game mechanics, systems, and level designs
• Iterate and refine game mechanics and systems based on playtest feedback and player analytics
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the design process

Requirements:
• Extensive experience as a game designer, preferably in a senior or principal role
• Proven track record of designing and shipping successful AAA games
• Strong knowledge of game design principles and methodologies
