Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

* Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.

* Manage and deploy applications on the OpenShift platform, ensuring optimal performance.

* Implement real-time data processing solutions using Apache Kafka.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

* Support end-to-end testing processes, including UAT, NFT, and other quality assurance activities.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions.

* Continuously improve coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certifications related to Java, OpenShift, or Apache Kafka.

* Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

* Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.

Good to Have :

Payments domain overview. 

Inclination on learning new domain and work in a fast delivery model.

* Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
