🛠 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities – Beyond Just Code)

• Architectural Ownership: Lead the design and evolution of a highly scalable, performant, and responsive frontend architecture using React and TypeScript. Make critical decisions on state management, component libraries, and testing strategies.

• Pioneer AI Interfaces: Play a key role in designing and implementing our innovative AI-powered agentic interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive and seamlessly integrated.

• Hands-On Excellence: Build, test, and deploy complex, pixel-perfect UI components and features.

• Full Lifecycle Leadership: Own end-to-end frontend feature delivery – from interpreting complex requirements and UX/UI designs to robust production deployment and beyond.

• Performance & Quality Evangelist: Obsess over web application performance, responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG), and reliability. Implement and advocate for rigorous testing.

• Mentor & Elevate: Guide and mentor other frontend engineers (as the team grows), fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and high standards. Your code reviews will be learning opportunities.

• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to ensure cohesive and impactful product development.

• Drive Best Practices: Define, document, and enforce frontend engineering best practices, coding standards, and modern architectural patterns.

• Frontend DevOps: Contribute to and refine CI/CD pipelines, build optimizations, and other frontend-specific operational practices.

• Problem Solver: Diagnose and resolve the most challenging frontend issues in production, continuously improving UI stability and user delight.

• Deep Expertise (Guideline: 5+ years): Extensive, demonstrable experience in building and scaling complex, data-intensive web applications. Your track record speaks louder than years.

• React & TypeScript Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in React.js and TypeScript, with a profound understanding of their ecosystems, advanced patterns (e.g., Hooks, Context API, Render Props), performance optimizations, and common pitfalls.

• Shipped & Scaled Products: You haven’t just worked on features; you’ve shipped entire products or substantial product areas and seen them through growth and iteration.

• Complex State Management Authority: Deep experience with sophisticated state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, XState) in large-scale applications.

• Testing & QA Fanatic: A strong belief in and practice of comprehensive frontend testing (unit, integration, E2E). Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar.

• Exceptional Communicator & Collaborator: Ability to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences and work effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and serverless architectures.

• Working previously with StoryBook and Figma Dev mode.

• Understanding of GraphQL and its implications for frontend development.

• Contributions to open-source projects or strong public presence (e.g., tech talks, articles).
