Principal Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Enterprise Architect to lead a significant engineering vertical transformation.This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional capable of engaging with C-level executives, both in business and technology, to drive architectural vision and implement transformative solutions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to the CIO, translating business needs into technical architecture and vice versa, while effectively managing change and influencing strategic decisions. This pivotal role will shape the future of the company technology landscape, driving innovation and efficiency across critical operations. This role demands a strong command of Spanish, enabling seamless communication and advocacy at the highest levels of the
organization.

Job responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CIO and other C-level executives, providingstrategic guidance on data architecture, engineering, and analytics.

• Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business objectives andtranslate them into actionable technical strategies.

• Define and implement different architectural styles, analyzing trade-offs andselecting appropriate technology stacks.

• Establish architectural patterns and best practices that enable deliveryteams to develop solutions that meet standards, timelines, and budgetconstraints.

• Ensure the quality and evolution of architectural standards and promote bestpractices throughout the software and data lifecycle.

• Lead and facilitate data process and solution transformations, aligningtechnology with business goals.

• Manage change within engineering teams and across the organization,ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

• Experienced in modernization and migration on a large scale.

Technical Skills

• Experience as an Enterprise / Domain Architect with a strategic scope.

• Translation of business strategy into an architectural roadmap.

• Capability & platform assessment + make vs buy.

• Definition of reference architecture and governance.

• Experience with corporate data ecosystems (directional level).

• Strong executive communication in Spanish.

• Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
