Principal Architect – Enterprise AI

Transformation to lead our most strategic architecture engagements with our marquee customers at the intersection of AI, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation. In this role, you will partner directly with CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Architects at the National, State and Local main Public Sector Organizations to help them reimagine their operations through AI-powered innovation on the Salesforce Platform.

You will drive the architectural vision for how the Salesforce suite is implemented at the most demanding enterprise scale. This is a high-trust, high-impact role shaping the future of how AI transforms Citizen experience, productivity, and decision-making for Latam Public Sector Organizations.
You will also help build a community of enterprise architects, creating alignment across customers, partners, and Salesforce teams around modern architectural patterns and responsible AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic partner to CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Architects at Public Sector Organizations, helping shape their enterprise transformation through AI and the Salesforce platform.

Define scalable architectural patterns for end-to-end implementation of the Salesforce suite, including AI, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, and integration technologies.

Lead architectural modernization efforts, bridging legacy enterprise systems with modern cloud-native infrastructure and AI services.

Champion the use of trusted AI to transform workflows, automate decision-making, and personalize enterprise experiences at scale.

Establish and grow a global community of Salesforce architects across customers, system integrators (SIs), and ISVs to share best practices, patterns, and platform innovation.

Collaborate with Salesforce Product and Engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap based on the needs of real-world Public Sector Organizations.

Publish architecture blueprints, transformation guides, and reference models that enable repeatable success across verticals.
 

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, or technical advisory roles, with significant focus on cloud transformation and AI integration.

Desirable deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Industry Cloud implementations at global scale.

Track record of executive engagement and influence with C-level leadership at Public Sector Organizations.

Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including predictive modeling, LLMs, automation, and ethical AI practices in enterprise settings.

Strong understanding of data governance, integration patterns, and multi-org / hybrid cloud architectures.

Passion for community-building—mentoring architects, hosting forums, and codifying best practices.

Exceptional communication skills and executive presence; able to lead architectural conversations at both strategic and technical levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a consulting, advisory, or CTO/CIO-facing role at a system integrator, platform vendor, or enterprise IT team.

Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe) and Salesforce Architect certifications.

Thought leadership or speaking experience at industry events or Salesforce forums (Dreamforce, World Tour, CTA Summit).
