We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Principal Engineer to join our dynamic team in Shanghai, China. As a Principal Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading complex technical projects, mentoring team members, and driving technological advancements within our organization.

• Development and implementation Sandisk SSD test solution to large-scale manufacturing.
• Drive innovation and best practices in test and manufacturing process.
• Conduct test software code reviews and validations to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across multiple projects.
• Be part of Product & Test Engineering team to manage SATA and NVMe Solid-State Drive including Client, Potable and Enterprise.
• Manage manufacturing test failure analysis, test time reduction and yield improvements at Sandisk Contract Manufacturing
• Failure analysis for manufacturing/OQA/RMA failures and develop the countermeasures for DPPM reductions.
• Familiar with Nand, ASIC, and Firmware architecture to develop and verify proper HVM issue

• Above 5 years of relevant experience in test engineering or related field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong skills in programming and scripts (C/C++, Python, etc) are preferred.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with large-scale system architecture design and implementation is preferred
• Experience at semiconductor test development especially memory related experience is preferred.
• Experience at SSD test engineering is preferred.
• Experience with big data analysis is preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing best practices
