At least 8+ years of product development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance applications for mobile (Android, iOS) and web (good to have). Under the hood understanding of platforms and out of box thinking is the required criteria.

The person will own and define the standards and process in mobile apps engineering, inspire teams in creating intuitive, simple, and performant user interfaces with high volumes of data.

You will collaborate with server-side engineers, project managers, and product owners to meet customer needs.

You must be proficient in Problem Solving

Expert understanding of iOS and Android native platforms and corresponding frameworks is a must. Also JavaScript and JS libraries / UI Frameworks like Prototype.js, DHTMLX, ReactJS, JQuery (one Framework at the least is a must)

Fast and robust development is the target. A TDD approach with continuous deployment is a must.

Should have good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good communication and interpersonal skills & focus on quality & velocity
