Focus: 90% React Architecture / 10% Backend Integration (Good-to-Have)

The Mission

We are seeking a visionary Principal Engineer to lead our technical evolution in Bengaluru. You are an architect who excels in the "Bootstrap" philosophy—building robust, scalable systems from the ground up with resourcefulness and precision. You aren't just building features; you are architecting the React.js foundation for industrial-scale Digital Twins.

Architectural Impact

• React Sovereignty: Lead the high-level architectural design of complex, data-heavy web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Micro-frontend patterns.

• The Blueprint: Design modular UI kits and design systems (extending Bootstrap/Tailwind) that serve as a "force multiplier" for multiple global teams.

• Performance Engineering: Set the gold standard for React performance, state management, and sophisticated rendering strategies.

• System Synergy (Good to Have): Act as the bridge between UI and API. While not mandatory, experience with Kotlin/Java is a major plus, allowing you to influence backend data contracts.

Leadership & Global Collaboration

• Strategic Mentorship: Elevate the React.js chapter in India. You prioritize team growth and "Clean Code" standards across the entire organization.

• European Partnership: Collaborate daily with stakeholders in Europe to align technical roadmaps and navigate cross-cultural communication.

The Profile

• 10+ Years of Engineering: A proven track record of shipping production-grade software at scale.

• React & AI Curiosity: Mastery of React.js and TypeScript, with a deep interest or experience in building AI/LLM-integrated interfaces.

• The Full Stack Edge (Bonus): Professional experience in Kotlin or Java (Spring Boot) is highly valued.
