Su enfoque está centrado en evolucionar hacia un modelo estratégico, automatizado y orientado a datos, en el que la tecnología permite optimizar procesos, mejorar la toma de decisiones y generar mayor valor para sus clientes.

Buscamos un Principal Engineer con fuerte enfoque en frontend, visión full-stack y mentalidad de producto, que quiera participar en la construcción de una plataforma moderna con impacto real.

Este no es un rol de ejecución.Es un rol de ownership, criterio técnico y construcción de producto en producción.

Key Responsibilities::
•

• Diseñar y evolucionar arquitectura frontend moderna (SPA / SSR)

• Desarrollar soluciones end-to-end con enfoque en producto

• Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de producto y negocio

• Integrar soluciones de IA en flujos reales

• Asegurar performance, escalabilidad y calidad del código

• Participar en decisiones técnicas de alto impacto

Must Have::
• +8 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software

• Experiencia sólida con TypeScript (frontend y/o backend)

• Fuerte dominio de frontend moderno (arquitectura, performance, UX)

• Experiencia trabajando con productos en producción

• Conocimiento funcional de Python

• Experiencia en entornos de continuous delivery

• Mentalidad de ownership y enfoque en impacto

• Experiencia en startups o entornos exigentes

• Residencia en Madrid

• Disponibilidad para esquema híbrido (3 días oficina / 2 remoto)

Nice to Have::
• Experiencia con IA aplicada (RAG, agentes, modelos locales)

• Docker / Kubernetes

• CI/CD bien estructurado

• Monitoring y observabilidad

• Seguridad aplicada (auth, APIs, etc.)

• Optimización de performance web
