Principal Engineer, CRM Salesforce Health cloud (Technical Architect)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce system architecture and module interdependencies.
• Extensive experience in Apex development, including triggers, APIs, and web services
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and SLDS
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and authentication using OAuth 2.0
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including Flows and approval processes
• Strong understanding of Salesforce system architecture and module interactions
• Experience with AppExchange packaging, deployment, and security review processes
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and XML for CRM and Salesforce development
• Experience implementing new Salesforce instances and managing full lifecycle implementations
• High-level understanding of end-to-end Salesforce implementations and SFDC packaged solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery including requirement gathering, architecture design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support
• Design and implement scalable solutions on Sales Cloud and Health Cloud, leveraging Salesforce out-of-the-box features and custom development
• Analyze business and technical requirements to evaluate multiple solution approaches and recommend the most optimal architecture
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solution walkthroughs.
• Design and develop Lightning components using LWC, Aura, and SLDS to deliver intuitive user experience
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, APIs, and integrations using REST, SOAP, and OAuth 2.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems and external applications.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Workflow Rules, Alerts, Actions, and Approval Processes.
• Lead deployment and release management including metadata migration, packaging, and AppExchange deployments.
• Support AppExchange product development, including security review readiness, issue remediation, and listing management.
• Create and deliver product demos, including AI-driven use cases leveraging Einstein AI
• Ensure solutions meet Salesforce best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
