Role Overview:

The Ad Operations team at Coupang Ads is responsible for the overall management of Display Ads and provides solutions for the stable operation of PA products. We handle end-to-end (E2E) tasks—from media mix proposals and setup to inspection and delivery—to achieve advertising KPIs. We also support business expansion and operational stability by establishing ad policies and optimizing processes.

What You Will Do:

[System & Process Optimization]

• Establish and continuously enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.

• Manage ad operation systems and lead development/improvement projects.

[Display Ad Operations Support]

• Propose ad packages based on sold budgets, manage contracts, and oversee settlements.

• Manage ad inventory and create/distribute operational guides for each slot.

[Ad Policy & Quality Management]

• Develop ad operation policies, create execution guides, and perform monitoring.

• Establish and execute ad audit/monitoring processes tailored to business needs.

[Training & Support]

• Conduct training sessions and briefings on ad processes for internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on e-commerce ad operations experience

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with strong ownership.

• Ability to create and manage dashboards for internal use (data literate, Excel, PPT)

• Solid understanding of advertising industry standards and ad tech.

• Highly adaptable with a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL literate

• Native or fluent of English proficiency
