Role Overview

We are looking for candidates have solid, demonstrable experience with performance marketing, display marketing and user engagement. You will collaborate with senior leaders on a daily basis to express new ideas and suggest solutions, develop critical people strategies, and enhance our company culture.

What will you do?

• Responsible for budget management & steering of your channels

• Develop channel strategy and testing roadmap by collaborating with our publishers and key partners

• Own the relationship with our Meta Client partner team

• Own campaign strategy by optimizing towards different goals (Prospecting, Retargeting, & Acquisition)

• Drive efficiency and deliver on performance targets to deliver on GMV, ROAS & Acquisitions targets

• Your main focus will be managing ads on Meta & other social platforms

• Troubleshoot and resolve all ads-related issues for your channels

• Implement reporting and dashboards that will help you take the right decisions

• Set-up the right tests to measure incrementality of the actions implemented to ensure max efficiency

• Setting up the audience management infrastructure to target the right audience on the right platform

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in performance marketing

• Paid Social, Display or Programmatic experience is a must

• Strong understanding of incrementality measurement (Geo-lift, Lift studies…) is a must

• Experience in working in a fast-growing environment

• Independent, fast paced, knowledgeable in online marketing for customer engagement

• Strong analytical skills with ability to extract the right insight and information

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Tech company or eCommerce background

• Fluency in English

• Ability to work with ambiguous problems
