Role Overview

As part of the Logistics Operations Center (LOC), our mission is to optimize PDD (Promise Delivery Date) performance and elevate consumer satisfaction through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This role will focus on monitoring and improving key metrics across first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile operations, partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement impactful solutions.

What You Will Do

• Reporting & Dashboard Development: Transition existing TW logistics reports from KR team (primarily last-mile) and design comprehensive dashboards covering first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile to ensure end-to-end visibility of transportation processes.

• Operational Performance Improvement: Collaborate with LOC specialists, hub managers, and TW logistics leadership to drive PDD improvements and enhance customer experience.

• Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Partner with diverse teams to align on problem statements, decompose complex issues into actionable analyses, and communicate insights effectively.

• Advanced Data Analysis: Perform hands-on, in-depth analysis of large datasets, validate data integrity, identify root causes, and propose practical, data-driven solutions.

• KPI Definition & Management: Establish and track key performance indicators, develop business reports, and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

• Operational Insights: Generate and interpret operational data to provide strategic recommendations that improve efficiency and service quality.

• Project Simulation & Forecasting: Lead data simulations for new initiatives, delivering accurate insights to support informed decision-making.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in analytical roles within operations, process optimization, internal audit, or policy analysis (e.g., Process Analyst, Operations Analyst, Audit Analyst, Systems Analyst, Policy Analyst, Financial Analyst).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI required). Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Airflow) and scripting languages (Python preferred).

• Analytical Expertise: Strong critical thinking, ability to handle unstructured problems, and attention to detail in validating and interpreting data.

• Ownership & Agility: Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Communication: Excellent ability to present complex analyses clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Language: Strong English proficiency (verbal and written).

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Python, R, SAS, or other statistical tools.

• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate insights that influence strategic decisions.
