工作內容

• 開發並管理供應商關係，包含文件流程建立、商業計畫擬定及 KPI 架構設計，以推動業績成長

• 負責商品採購策略，主要聚焦於保健/健康食品類別

• 進行價格談判與商業條件協商，確保最佳採購條件

• 供應商及商品組合管理，持續優化商品表現

• 建立精準且有效的採購訂單追蹤與管理機制

• 每週彙整並提交採購進度報告，包含已完成結案之發票資訊

• 跨部門合作，確保商品能依訂單準時交付，並即時回報任何延誤或缺貨狀況

我們期待你具備

• 8 年以上與採購、業務開發或價格談判相關的工作經驗

• 熟悉跨部門、跨市場溝通與協作模式

• 能在快速變動的環境中有效排定優先順序，並解決複雜問題

• 具備良好的數據分析能力，以及影響與說服內外部利害關係人的技巧

• 具備英語溝通能力者尤佳
