Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal AI Engineer to join our AI team. This role is focused on:

•
AI Agents for Compliance & AML — Build intelligent agents to automate compliance workflows, detect suspicious activity, and enhance AML case triage.

•
Real-Time Fraud Detection — Develop deep similarity and pattern-analysis models to identify abnormal biometric or behavioral signals in real time.

•
Global OCR & ID Understanding — Create scalable OCR and document-parsing pipelines for passports, driver’s licenses, and national IDs across multiple languages.

•
AIGC for Image & Video Generation — Exploring generative AI (diffusion/transformer models) for synthetic data creation, media augmentation, and visual manipulation.

•
Multi-Modality Security – Leveraging a combination of images, videos, and user behaviors to enhance security through cross-modal AI techniques.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of innovative solutions to safeguard biometric processing systems and enhance security across multiple AI-driven applications.

Responsibilities

•
Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep-learning models for computer vision, multimodal fusion, and AI agent applications.

•
Develop production-ready pipelines for OCR text extraction, biometric matching, fraud pattern recognition, and AIGC generation.

•
Collaborate with backend, product, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into large-scale systems with high availability and low latency.

•
Drive experimentation and R&D in vision-LLM and multimodal representation learning to advance AI security capabilities.

•
Stay current with academic and industry advances in deep learning, AI agents, and generative security technologies, and translate them into practical solutions.

•
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentor junior engineers in applied AI development best practices.

Requirements

•
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on computer vision, deep learning, and multimodal.

•
8+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions in areas such as computer vision, AI agents, multimodal learning, vision-LLM, or generative video/image modeling.

•
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.

•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

•
Experience working in fast-paced tech companies or startup environments.

•
Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in the field of computer vision and biometric security.

•
Familiarity with edge AI and real-time processing for computer vision applications.
