Location: Monroe, NC
Organization: Transcend ED – Treatment Center for Eating Disorders
Transcend ED is seeking a compassionate and dedicated fully licensed or provisionally licensed clinician to join our team at our Residential Treatment Center (RTC) in Monroe, NC. We welcome applicants interested in either full-time or part-time roles.
Position Overview:
The clinician will provide both individual and group psychotherapy services within our PHP and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. This role serves as a primary therapist and group facilitator, supporting clients through all phases of treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions in PHP and IOP levels of care
Provide meal support therapy and engage in case management responsibilities as a primary therapist
Complete documentation accurately and on time, in compliance with organizational policies
Participate in crisis intervention and on-call duties as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, client-centered care
Qualifications:
Must hold an associate or full license: LCSW-A, LCMHC-A, LMFT, Psy.D, or Ph.D
Experience with or knowledge of eating disorders is preferred; applicants must specify relevant experience in their application
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, though not required
