We are seeking a dedicated Medical Doctor to join our fast-paced clinical team in Rock Hill, SC. This full-time role is essential for delivering high-quality primary care and urgent care services to our local community. As a key member of our medical staff, you will focus on patient-centered diagnosis and treatment for a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions.
Job Overview
As a Primary Care Physician, you will manage an active patient panel, providing everything from routine wellness checkups to immediate acute care. This position is ideal for a physician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based medicine and comprehensive treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Clinical Care: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within both Family Medicine and Urgent Care settings.
• Diagnostics & Treatment: Order and interpret diagnostic tests (lab work, imaging) to develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Preventative Medicine: Provide routine physicals, immunizations, and chronic disease management to promote long-term patient health.
• Workflow Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service.
• Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Requirements
• Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school of medicine.
• Licensure: Active or eligible for an unrestricted South Carolina Medical License.
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in a primary care, urgent care, or fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent patient bedside manner, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
